Ingredients (2–3 portions):
● 150 g boiled noodles
● 1 tbsp oil
● 2 garlic cloves, ½ onion
● ½ cup veggies (carrot, bell peppers, broccoli)
● Spring onion (whites + greens)
● ½ cup protein (paneer, chicken, tofu – optional)
● 3–4 tbsp Keya Teriyaki Sauce
● ½ tsp Black Pepper
● 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Steps:
1. Heat oil, sauté onion + spring onion whites.
2. Add carrot + broccoli, then bell peppers + protein.
3. Season with pepper, add noodles.
4. Toss with Teriyaki Sauce till glossy.
5. Garnish with spring onion greens + sesame seeds.
