Tokyo Drift – Teriyaki Noodles

 Ingredients (2–3 portions):

     150 g boiled noodles

     1 tbsp oil

     2 garlic cloves, ½ onion

     ½ cup veggies (carrot, bell peppers, broccoli)

     Spring onion (whites + greens)

     ½ cup protein (paneer, chicken, tofu – optional)

     3–4 tbsp Keya Teriyaki Sauce

     ½ tsp Black Pepper

     1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Steps:

1.    Heat oil, sauté onion + spring onion whites.

2.    Add carrot + broccoli, then bell peppers + protein.

3.    Season with pepper, add noodles.

4.    Toss with Teriyaki Sauce till glossy.

      5. Garnish with spring onion greens + sesame seeds.
