- Roti (Indian flatbread)
- Whole leaf of cabbage
- 2 tbsp boiled rajma (kidney beans)
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 pinches Keya Mixed Herbs

- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and place the roti in it. Let it crisp on both sides. Fold the warm roti into a half-moon shape to make a taco
