Elevate your culinary experience with this fusion delight - Crispy Roti Tacos. Combining the convenience of Indian roti with the flavours of Mexican cuisine, these tacos are a perfect blend of textures and taste.


  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Roti (Indian flatbread)
  • Whole leaf of cabbage
  • 2 tbsp boiled rajma (kidney beans)
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 pinches Keya Mixed Herbs
  • Grated cheese
  • Salsa or sour cream (for serving)


  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and place the roti in it. Let it crisp on both sides. Fold the warm roti into a half-moon shape to make a taco
  2. Place a whole leaf of cabbage in the shell. Top it with 2 tbsp boiled rajma, 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning, and 2 pinches Keya Mixed Herbs. Grate some cheese over it and serve hot with a salsa or sour cream.
