How you can transform yesterday's leftover rotis into today's flavor-packed delight? Try this mouthwatering Veg Roll recipe!
Ingredients:
- Leftover roti
- Keya Classic Mayonnaise: 1 tsp
- Keya Classic Tomato Ketchup: 1/2 tsp
- Keya Italian Pizza Oregano: 2 pinches
- Finely sliced small onion: 1
- Lemon Juice: 1/2 tsp
- A pinch Keya Chaat Masala
- A pinch of Keya Kashmiri Paprika Powder
- Salt to taste
- Mashed potatoes or french fries
- Keya Piri Piri
- Butter paper
- Sauce or dip of your choice
Instructions:
- Take a leftover roti.
- Spread 1 tsp of Keya Classic Mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp of Keya Classic Tomato Ketchup on each roti.
- Sprinkle 2 pinches of Italian Pizza Oregano on top.
Prepare the Chatpata Onion Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix 1 small, finely sliced onion with 1/2 tsp of Lemon Juice.
- Add a pinch of Keya Chaat Masala and a pinch of Keya Kashmiri Paprika Powder.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Spread this onion mixture over the rotis.
Fill the Vegetable Roll:
- Now, you can choose to fill your roll with either mashed potatoes or french fries.
- If using potatoes or fries, season them with Keya Piri Piri.
Assemble and Serve:
- Roll up the rotis with the onion mixture and your chosen filling.
- Pack the Vegetable Roll firmly with butter paper to keep it together.
- Serve with a sauce or dip of your choice.
