Shanghai Night Noodles – Dark Soy Tossed

Ingredients (2–3 portions):

     150 g boiled noodles

     1½ tbsp oil

     2 garlic cloves, ½ inch ginger, ½ onion

     ½ cup veggies (cabbage, carrot, capsicum)

     2 tbsp protein (egg, chicken, tofu – optional)

     2½ tbsp Keya Dark Soy Sauce

     1 tsp vinegar

     ½ tsp Black Pepper

     1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

     Spring onion greens

Steps:

1.    Heat oil, sauté garlic + onion till golden.

2.    Add veggies, stir-fry 1 min.

3.    Add protein, season with pepper.

4.    Add noodles, toss with Dark Soy Sauce + vinegar.

5.    Garnish with sesame seeds + spring onion greens.
