Red Phoenix Bowl – Spicy Soupy Noodles

Ingredients (2–3 portions):

     150 g boiled noodles

     1 tbsp oil

     2 garlic cloves, ½ inch ginger, ½ onion

     ½ cup veggies (carrot, capsicum, mushroom, spring onion whites)

     2 tsp Keya Soy Sauce

     3–4 tbsp Keya Sweet Chilli Sauce

     ½ tsp Black Pepper, ½ tsp Chilli Flakes (optional)

     3 cups veg/chicken stock

     Spring onion greens

Steps:

1.    Heat oil, sauté onion, garlic, ginger & spring onion whites.

2.    Add carrot + mushroom, then capsicum; season with pepper.

3.    Pour in stock, soy sauce & Sweet Chilli Sauce.

4.    Add noodles, simmer for 2–3 mins.

5.    Garnish with spring onion greens & extra sauce.
