Ingredients (2–3 portions):
● 150 g boiled noodles
● 1 tbsp oil
● 2 garlic cloves, ½ inch ginger, ½ onion
● ½ cup veggies (carrot, capsicum, mushroom, spring onion whites)
● 2 tsp Keya Soy Sauce
● 3–4 tbsp Keya Sweet Chilli Sauce
● ½ tsp Black Pepper, ½ tsp Chilli Flakes (optional)
● 3 cups veg/chicken stock
● Spring onion greens
Steps:
1. Heat oil, sauté onion, garlic, ginger & spring onion whites.
2. Add carrot + mushroom, then capsicum; season with pepper.
3. Pour in stock, soy sauce & Sweet Chilli Sauce.
4. Add noodles, simmer for 2–3 mins.
5. Garnish with spring onion greens & extra sauce.
