- 200 g Onions
- 1/2 tsp Keya Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Keya Chilli Flakes

- 250 ml cooking oil
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 200 g flaky breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- 100 g Keya Classic Tomato Ketchup
Instructions:
- Cut onions into rings.
- In a bowl, mix All Purpose Flour, cornstarch, 100 ml water, salt, Keya Black Pepper Powder, and Keya Chilli Flakes to form a batter.
- Dip each onion ring into the batter, then coat with flaky breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated onion rings until golden brown.
- Sprinkle Keya Piri Piri for an extra spicy kick.
- Serve with Keya Classic Tomato Ketchup.
