Ingredients:
5-6 leftover Idlis
1 tsp Whole Mustard
12 Curry Leaves
2 pinch Hing
1 tsp Keya Kashmiri Paprika Powder
1 tbsp Keya Piri Piri
2 tbsp Butter or Oil
Instructions:
Cut leftover Idlis into quarters.
Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan or Tawa.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and Hing.
Saute the mixture thoroughly.
Introduce cut Idlis into the pan.
Sprinkle Keya Piri Piri and Keya Kashmiri Paprika Powder .
Fry Idlis until they achieve a golden brown hue.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
