Ingredients:
- 250g Chicken Breast
- 4 tbsp Maida (Refined Wheat Flour)
- 4 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Keya Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Keya Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Keya Kashmiri Paprika Powder
- Keya Table Salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Keya Black Pepper Powder
- 300 ml Cooking Oil
- 350g Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- Keya Piri Piri (Sprinkle as per your spice tolerance)
- Keya Classic Tomato Ketchup (for dipping)
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Wash the chicken thoroughly and let it drain in the same bowl.
- Break the eggs into the bowl, mixing them with the chicken.
- Add Keya Onion Powder, Keya Garlic Powder, Keya Black Pepper Powder, Keya Table Salt, Keya Kashmiri Paprika Powder, and mix well. Allow it to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Add corn flour and maida to the mixture, mixing well again.
- Take each chicken piece and coat it with breadcrumbs.
- In a pan, heat oil and fry the coated chicken pieces on medium flame until golden brown.
- Place the fried Chicken Popcorns in a bowl and sprinkle Keya Piri Piri on top.
- Serve with Keya Classic Tomato Ketchup as a dipping sauce.
