Ingredients:
For Marination:
- 10 pieces of Chicken Wings
- 1 tbsp Keya Kashmiri Paprika Powder
- 1 tsp Keya Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Keya Black Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
For Coating:
- 2 Raw Eggs
- 250 g Maida (All-purpose flour)
- 1 tsp Keya Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Keya Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Keya White Pepper Powder
For Frying:
- 250 ml Cooking Oil

- Wash the chicken wings thoroughly and pat them dry with tissue paper.
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken wings with Keya Kashmiri Paprika Powder, Keya Black Pepper Powder, Keya Lemon Juice, salt to taste, and cooking oil. Ensure even coating and let it marinate.
- Roast the marinated chicken wings on both sides in a non-stick pan until they are cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, beat the raw eggs and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine maida (all-purpose flour) with Keya Onion Powder, Keya Garlic Powder, and Keya White Pepper Powder. Mix well.
- Take each roasted chicken wing, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then coat it thoroughly with the maida mixture.
- Heat cooking oil in the same non-stick pan and fry the coated wings on high flame until they turn golden brown.
- Once fried, place the hot chicken wings on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
