Ingredients (2–3 portions):
● 150 g boiled noodles
● 1 tbsp oil
● ½ onion, 2 fresh green chillies
● ½ cup julienned green veggies (capsicum, beans, zucchini, cucumber, spring onion whites)
● 2 tbsp protein (paneer, chicken, tofu – optional)
● 3–4 tbsp Keya Green Chilli Sauce
● 1 tsp Keya Soy Sauce
● 1 tsp vinegar
● ½ tsp Black Pepper
● Spring onion greens
Steps:
1. Heat oil, sauté onion + chillies + spring onion whites.
2. Add julienned veggies, stir-fry on high heat.
3. Add protein (optional), season with pepper.
4. Toss in noodles, Green Chilli Sauce + soy sauce + vinegar.
5.Garnish with spring onion greens + chilli juliennes.
