- 150g Grated Paneer
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Keya Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Keya Chilli Flakes
- 2 tbsp Ghee/Oil
- ½ tsp Keya Chaat Masala
- Mix grated paneer, salt, black pepper, Keya Chilli Flakes and Chaat Masala. Mash well.
- Make small rolls with the mixture.
Heat 2 tbsp. ghee/oil in a pan. Cook rolls for 5 minutes on each side until crispy and light brown.
