This Christmas, celebrate the festival with Keya by sweetening the season with Cinnamon Plum Cake for a festive treat that captures the essence of the season in every slice.



  • 450 grams of Maida (Refined Wheat Flour)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Eggs
  • 25 grams Dried Cranberries
  • 50 grams Clarified Butter
  • 25 grams Soaked Cherries
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Water
  • 75 grams Icing Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Keya Cinnamon Powder


  1. In a bowl, thoroughly mix Maida, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and sugar. Use a sieve to remove any lumps.
  2. In another bowl, break the eggs, add Milk, Vanilla Essence, and Clarified Butter. Stir well, then pour this mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix using a cut and fold method.
  3. Ensure thorough mixing and let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Add dried cranberries and cut cherries into the batter. Mix well.
  5. Brush a baking tray with butter and dust it with Maida. Pour the batter into the tray and let it rest for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350° Celsius. Bake the mixture for 35 minutes.
  7. After baking, dust Keya Cinnamon Powder on top.
  8. Allow the baked item to cool, then cut it into slices and serve.
