Chicken Shami Kebab

During the holy month of Ramadan, there's nothing quite as satisfying as breaking your fast with a hearty and flavorful dish. Our Chicken Shami Kebab recipe is not only delicious but also easy to make, making it a perfect addition to your Ramadan menu.
Ingredients :
- Chicken mince 250g
- Ginger Paste 10g
- Garlic Paste 25g
- Keya Paprika (Red Chilli Powder) 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Fresh coriander, chopped 5g
- Mint, chopped 5g
- Keya Cardamom Powder 2 pinches
- Keya Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tbsp
Instructions :
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes and chicken mince.
- Add all the spices and mash them until they stick to the chicken.
- Form patties of 30g each.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add ghee.
- Shallow fry the patties on medium flame until both sides turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with salad.
