  • Slices of focaccia or crostini
  • Butter
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Keya Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Keya Tomato Ketchup
  • Cheese for garnish (optional)


  1. Ideally, use slices of focaccia or crostini for this. Butter each slice and toast in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius or on a pan until golden brown.
  2. Mix 2 medium-sized chopped tomatoes and 1 small chopped onion with 1 tsp Keya Italian Seasoning. Add 1 tsp Keya Tomato Ketchup.
  3. Top each toasted slice with this mixture. Garnish with cheese, if you prefer.
