Ingredients (2–3 portions):
● 150 g boiled noodles
● 1 tbsp oil
● ½ onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 fresh red chillies
● ½ cup veggies (carrot, capsicum, baby corn)
● 2 tbsp protein (paneer, chicken, tofu – optional)
● 3–4 tbsp Keya Red Chilli Sauce
● 1 tsp Keya Soy Sauce
● ½ tsp vinegar
● ½ tsp Black Pepper
● Spring onion greens
Steps:
1. Heat oil, sauté garlic + onion + red chillies.
2. Add veggies, stir-fry 1 min.
3. Add protein (optional), season with pepper.
4. Toss in noodles with soy sauce + vinegar + Red Chilli Sauce.
Garnish with spring onion greens + extra red chilli.
