Mexican Cuisine: Mexican Salsa
Indulge in the vibrant flavours of Mexico with our Salsa Recipe, featuring a perfect blend of paprika and mixed herbs, creating an explosion of spice and aroma in every bite.
- 3 Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Keya Parsley
- Keya Lemon Juice (quantity to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Keya Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Keya Mixed Herbs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 pinches of Keya Black Pepper
- Chop the tomatoes & onions into small, even-sized pieces.
- Finely chop garlic and Keya Parsley and combine all in a mixing bowl.
- Add Keya Paprika Powder, Keya Mixed Herbs, and Keya Black Pepper to the mixture. Squeeze Keya Lemon Juice, honey & season with salt to taste
- Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined
Serve the fresh tomato salsa with tortilla chips, tacos, nachos, grilled meats, or use it as a topping for various dishes.
Italian Cuisine: Basil Pesto Rice
Experience the heart of Italy with Basil Pesto Pasta, where fragrant basil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning come together to create a symphony of Italian flavours, elevating your dining experience to new heights.
- 150 gm boiled Rice
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves. Alternatively use Keya Basil.
- 1/2 tablespoon Keya garlic powder
- 1 pinch Keya black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 150 gm fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Grind basil leaves or Keya Basil, Keya Garlic Powder, Keya Black Pepper, Keya Table Salt, olive oil, pine nuts to make pesto sauce.
- Add olive oil in a pan.
- Add fresh cream, parmesan cheese & add the above pesto sauce.
Thai Cuisine: Orange Lemon Grass dip
Embark on a culinary journey to Thailand with Orange Lemongrass Dip, where lemongrass and chili infuse the dip with a spicy kick, promising an authentic taste of Thai cuisine.
- 3 cup orange juice
- 2 pinch Keya black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ tsp Keya chilli flakes
- 1-piece crushed Keya lemongrass
- Take a pan.
- Pour orange juice & boil it.
- Add sugar, salt to taste, Keya Black pepper, Keya Chilli flakes & Keya Lemongrass.
- Stir until you get a thick consistency.
