Paprika Hummus with Pita Bread

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams overnight soaked chickpeas
  • 200 ml of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • 1 tablespoon Keya Paprika Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Keya Garlic Powder

Process:

  1. In a grinder, combine the overnight soaked and boiled chickpeas with olive oil, salt, black pepper, Keya Paprika, and Keya Garlic powder.
  2. Grind the ingredients into a fine paste.
  3. Serve the paprika hummus with pita bread, falafel, or lamb balls.

 

Tartar Sauce with Fish and Chips
Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 10 grams chopped carrot
  • Capers, to taste
  •  Gherkin (Soaked cucumber)
  • Keya Table Salt
  • Keya Black Pepper
  • Veg Mayo
  • Keya Parsley

Process:

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped carrots, capers, and mayo. Mix well.
  2. Add table salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix thoroughly.
