Thai Chicken Skewers
The magic ingredient
Mince the chicken and mix with all the ingredients thoroughly except cooking oil and lemon grass sticks.
Keep cold water on side in a bowl.
With cold wet hands take a little mince mixture and shape it on the lemon grass sticks.
Shallow fry the skewers in a pan and cook on each side.
250 Gms Chicken mince
10 Kg Keya lemon grass sticks
5 Ml Olive oil
50 Ml To shallow fry
3 Gms Coriander leaves
2 Gms Keya salt
3 Gms Dry red chillies
2 Ml Fish sauce
2 Gms Sugar
5 Gms Thai curry paste
