The magic ingredient



Mince the chicken and mix with all the ingredients thoroughly except cooking oil and lemon grass sticks.


Keep cold water on side in a bowl.


With cold wet hands take a little mince mixture and shape it on the lemon grass sticks.


Shallow fry the skewers in a pan and cook on each side.


  • 250 Gms Chicken mince
  • 10 Kg Keya lemon grass sticks
  • 5 Ml Olive oil
  • 50 Ml To shallow fry
  • 3 Gms Coriander leaves
  • 2 Gms Keya salt
  • 3 Gms Dry red chillies
  • 2 Ml Fish sauce
  • 2 Gms Sugar
  • 5 Gms Thai curry paste
