Cut chicken breast into thin julienes or strips of desired size.2
Marinate them with salt, pepper and oil.
Keep it on side for two hours.
After two hours take one strip at a time and ten dredge into flour easoned with salt and black pepper.5
Make a mixture of egg and milk and keep it on side.
Crush sweet potato chips and keep it on side.
After flor dredging, dip strips into egg wash and then roll it in crushed potato chips.
Bake them at 180C for 10-15 minutes till cooked and serve with choice of sauce.
