The magic ingredient

Preparation

Melt the gelatin in warm water and strain.

Puree strawberries and whip the cream. Mix both well. Add gelatin stirring consistently.

Mix little keya basil in mixture.

Pour the mixture in tartlets and set.

Garnish with small strawberries, ad coat with toasted almond flakes.

Ingredients:

  • Tart cups - 4 nos
  • Gelatin - 10 gms
  • Fresh strawberries - 25 gms
  • Whip cream - 250 gms
  • Keya basil -for sprinkle as garnish
  • Toasted almonds - 50 gms
