The magic ingredient

  • Table Salt
  • Malabar Black Pepper Powder
  • Mathura Chaat Masala

Preparation

Soak soya granules till it softens and drain. Mash them together with onion and coriander and make patty.

Add oil in a pan and stir fry the soy patty.

Cook till it is brown evenly.

Half fry the egg.

Toast the bun.

Assemble the bun by adding mayo to the base, topping with lettuce leave, tomato slice, cheese, fried egg and soy patty.

Serve warm.

  • 150 Gms Soy granules
  • 5 Gms Keya salt
  • 3 Gms Keya black pepper
  • 5 Gms Keya chaat masala
  • 1 No Onion
  • 20 Gms Coriander
  • 20 Ml Oil
  • 1 No Egg
  • 1 No Cheddar cheese
  • 20 Gms Lettuce
  • 10 Gms Tomatoes
  • 20 Gms Mayo
