Preparation

Soak 2 cups of Rajma overnight in 6 cups of water.

Add salt according to taste and pressure cook till the beans are tendered.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry till golden brown in colour, add ginger garlic paste.

Add one cup tomato puree and cook it.

Add rajma masala in half cup of water and make paste and cook it along with tomato puree.

Cook till the oil leaves masala.

Add this mix to boiled rajma along with its cooking liquor.

Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Sprinkle Keya Shahi Garam masala for flavor taste and aroma and chopped coriander while serving.

  • Rajma – 2 cups
  • Chopped Onion – 3 number
  • Ginger paste – 1tbsp
  • Garlic paste – 1tbsp
  • Tomato Puree–1 cup
  • Oil- 50ml
  • Salt – to taste
  • Keya Rajma Masala – 25 gm
  • For Garnishing - Chopped Coriander
