Preparation

Take 250gm of paneer, cut into dices and fry it in oil.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry till golden brown in colour,add ginger garlic paste.

Add chilli powder and tomato puree and cook it.

Add paneer butter masala in water and make paste and cook it along with tomato puree.

Add this fried paneer in that pan add cream and milk.

Bring to boil and simmer for few minutes on low heat.

Garmish with cream and butter on top.

Ingredients:

  • Paneer– 250 gm
  • Oil - 150ml
  • Ginger,garlic–2 5gm
  • Tomato Puree – 500ml
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Chilli Powder - 25 gms
  • Onion Puree - 250 gms
  • Paneer Butter Seasoning - 50 gms
  • Cream - 200 gms
  • Milk - 250ml
