The magic ingredient

Preparation

Soak chana dal for 3-4 hours.

Drain well.

Heat oil in a pan. Once hot add a batch of chana dal and fry. Stir occationaly on medium heat

Once cooked bubbles will stop coming

Fry all the dal same way. Drain on absorbent paper.

Add chaat masala and mix well. Store in air tight container.

Once done take it off the pan and serve sliced.

Ingredients:

  • 225 Gms Chana Dal
  • 400 Ml Oil (To Fry)
  • 6 Gms Keya Chaat Masala
