Soak chana dal for 3-4 hours.2
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot add a batch of chana dal and fry. Stir occationaly on medium heat4
Once cooked bubbles will stop coming5
Fry all the dal same way. Drain on absorbent paper.6
Add chaat masala and mix well. Store in air tight container.
Once done take it off the pan and serve sliced.
