In a pan, heat oil add garam masala and fry onions in it till golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for few seconds.
Add tomato puree and salt , cook it for few minutes till tomatoes are cooked.
Then add chicken curry masala and fry for 2 minutes.
Add chicken pieces and bhuno them by turning occasionally on medium flame.
Now add the beaten yoghurt and stir continuously in order to avoid any curdling.
Keep on cooking the meat on slow flame.
Add 250 ml of hot water. Cover and simmer on low flame.
Add more water if required and cook for about 45 min, or till it is tender.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
