The magic ingredient

Preparation

Weigh 200gm of boiled chickpeas

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion to it and fry it till brown colour.

Now add chopped tomato and cook it along with keyachole mix and pinch of salt.

Add boiled chickpeas into the pan and stir it for 5 min then add water and bring it to boil and cover.

Simmer for 5min in low flame.

Add 1 tablespoon of ghee for finishing.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Chole – 200gm
  • Chopped Onion - 60 gm
  • Chopped Tomato – 60 gm
  • Oil – 30 ml
  • Keya Chole Mix - 12.5gm
  • Salt – acc to taste
  • Water- 250ml
