Prepare the tamarind extract by soaking 5 gms of tamarind in 25 ml water of hot water for 10 minutes. Extract the tamarind juice.
Cook or pressure cook 150 gmsof all vegetables , keep aside.
Add water to rice and toor dal . Add a few drops of cooking oil and a pinch of turmeric powder and pressure cook.
Boil the tamarind extract with little water. If desired you can add jaggery to the tamarind extract. To this, add the cooked dal , rice and vegetables , continue boiling.
Adjust the desired liquid consistency by adding water. Add 15-20 gmsKEYA BISE BELLE BATH POWDER and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Heat the ghee, add mustard seeds, cashewnuts, curry leaves and small onions or capsicum. Add this to Bisebellebath and serve hot.
