The magic ingredient


Clean and cut the fish into tikka and make first marination with ginger, garlic paste, salt and lemon juice, marinate the fish and keep it aside. (keep it for 1 hour).


Now make a smooth marinade with leftover ingredients.


Squeeze the fish tikka with your palms and mix into the marinade.


Keep it in marination for at least two hours.


Now put it into the skewers and cook it in tandoor for 7 to 8 minutes.


Finish with lemon juice.

  • Keya Salt 10g
  • Ginger, Garlic Paste 100g
  • Keya Garam Masala 5g
  • Hung curd 1200g
  • Turmeric 10g
  • Yellow chilli powder 10gm
